Morning Blood Pressure Surge

Blood pressure typically rises in the early morning as part of the body's circadian rhythm. This surge in blood pressure increases the workload on the heart, further elevating oxygen demand. For individuals with existing cardiovascular conditions, this added strain can contribute to the onset of angina symptoms.

Increased Likelihood of Vascular Blockage

The body's ability to dissolve blood clots decreases in the morning, while the activity of the coagulation system increases. Platelet activity, which plays a key role in clot formation, is also elevated during this time. Enhanced Vasoconstriction and Coronary Spasms

These compounds can cause coronary arteries to constrict, especially in areas affected by atherosclerotic plaques.
