Because hormonal imbalances affect multiple systems, symptoms can be diverse and sometimes subtle. Early detection through blood tests, lifestyle evaluation, and medical history can help identify root causes. Treatment often involves lifestyle modifications—such as balanced nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep—alongside medical interventions when necessary.
