Situated on the front-lateral side of the leg, approximately three inches below the Dubi point (below the kneecap) and one finger-width away from the edge of the shinbone, the Zusanli point belongs to the Stomach Meridian. Known for its ability to strengthen immunity, enhance digestion, and improve nutrient absorption, stimulating this point can help regulate bowel movements by increasing intestinal muscle contractions and restoring natural gut rhythm.
